So I got the bad news that I need an engine replace. I've paid for another shop to say the same. I guess I was hoping that wasn't the case. He was able to provide a video to me to better understand my problem with the over heating issue and provided me price to replace which was way more than agreeable. Id hate to say on here that he didn't charge me, but I could tell that he felt really bad giving me the news. What an outstanding thing to do. It's not often you get honest responses from people on mechanical issues, let alone proof. His 5 star reviews speaks for itself. I'm glad I had them look at it. I'm taken back by the amount of care and professional resources given to me. It was timely and on point. I will likely use them for the engine repair if I don't do a trade in. Again, outstanding customer service, and very knowledgeable. Definitely use them.

I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer to Arash at Flash Auto Repair after being recommended his services. He replaced the water pump, timing chain and engine mount for a competitive price, and had the car ready in 1 working day. When I went to pick it up today, he took the time to show and talk me through all the old parts that were switched out, and showed me videos of the work. I will only use Flash Auto Repair in the future, and would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Arash at Flash Auto Repair for any car repair needs! He offered a very fair price, completed the work on time, and explained everything clearly. The quality of the repair was excellent, and he made sure I understood what was done and why. I know for a fact that if I'd gone to my dealership instead, it would have taken days to get my car back. I didn't have an appointment but Amin still immediately accepted my car, made sure we were on the same page about which issue we were focusing on, identified the source of the problem, texted me an explanation video, gave me options, repaired my ignition coil and returned my car to me -- all within 3 hours! from my research, he only charged me about $50 for his team's labor. i'm just blown away by the speed and ease and kindness i got from this shop. i know where I'll be going from now on!
